Rental Unit Return Policy

Rental units must be returned within 60 days of the rental date. To ensure a smooth return process:

1. Use the pre-paid postage label included with your rental unit to ship it back to us.
2. Ensure all components, including the unit, electrodes, and accessories, are returned in good condition.

Failure to return the rental unit within 60 days may result in additional fees, which will be charged to the payment method used at the time of rental.
