2. Positioning: You can squat on the bed while holding the bar or use it for stability in other positions, like: Full squat (feet on the bed, holding the bar for support) Semi-squat (leaning back slightly on the bed with feet supported) Kneeling or hands-and-knees while using the bar for balance
3. Between Contractions: Some people rest by sitting back against the raised bed or changing positions as needed.
