Shipping Policy
All of our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed within one business day if placed Monday - Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that priority mail, 2 day air and next day air orders received on the weekend will not ship until Monday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow USPS/UPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.
Orders to Canada
Please note that shipments to Canada may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the Canadian government. We regret to inform you that we are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery. *We do NOT ship rental units to Canada
