At TENS for Labor, we are committed to providing quality products and services. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and services, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only applicable to unopened TENS units, which must be shipped back at your expense and will incur a $15 restocking fee. (Refunds do not include TENS rentals units). By completing your purchase, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Disclaimer, and Return Policy, and confirm that you have reviewed your order carefully before submitting it. For any questions, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Rental Unit Return Policy

Rental units must be returned within 7 weeks of the rental date. To ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Use the pre-paid postage label included with your rental unit to ship it back to us.
  2. Ensure all components, including the unit, electrodes, and accessories, are returned in good condition.

Failure to return the rental unit within 7 weeks may result in additional fees, which will be charged to the payment method used at the time of rental.

Warranty Policy:

 There is 1 year manufacturer guarantee on all Body Clock TENS units. If your unit is defective please email or contact us (859) 551-4415.
