Our preferred shipping method is UPS. There may be situations where we ship via USPS.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed within one business day if placed Monday - Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that 2 day air and next day air orders received on Friday or the weekend will not ship until Monday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow UPS/USPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.

Refunds are only applicable to unopened TENS units, which must be shipped back within 30 days of purchase and at your expense. Refunds will incur a $15 restocking fee. (Refunds do not apply to TENS rentals units) There is 1 year manufacture guarantee on all Body Clock TENS units. One year guarantee on other products. If your unit is defective please email or contact us (859) 551-4415.
