By signing up for our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
1. Program Overview
Our Affiliate Program allows affiliates to earn commissions by promoting TENS units and accessories (excluding unit rentals) used to aid in labor pains during birth. Affiliates will earn a commission on product sales generated through their referral links.
2. Eligibility
To join the Affiliate Program, you must be:
- At least 18 years of age
- A resident of the United States
- Operating a website or social media platform that adheres to our content guidelines (see Section 7).
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Commission & Payouts
Affiliates will earn a 5% commission on qualifying sales (excluding unit rentals). The following applies:
- Minimum payout: $100
- Payouts will be made through PayPal.
- Payouts are processed on a monthly basis, once the $100 threshold is reached.
- Any returns, chargebacks, or cancellations will result in the commission being deducted from future payouts.
4. Cookie Duration
Affiliates will earn commissions on sales referred within 90 days from the customer’s first click on the affiliate link. If the sale is made after this period, no commission will be earned.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Engaging in paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) using referral links.
- Promoting products in a misleading or deceptive manner.
- Using referral links in irrelevant or unrelated content.
Affiliates are expected to promote products in connection with relevant childbirth articles, content, or directly with doulas and mothers-to-be.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s account at any time, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
7. Content Guidelines
Affiliates must adhere to the following content guidelines:
- No promotion on sites that contain hate speech, adult content, or illegal material.
- All promotions must be relevant to childbirth, doulas, or related content.
- The use of referral links on irrelevant websites or spam practices is strictly prohibited.
8. Use of Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our logos and branding in promoting our products. Affiliates may not alter or modify these materials in any way.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate’s participation in the program. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from the affiliate’s breach of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts located in Lexington, Kentucky.
