Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within one business day if placed Monday - Friday. Our preferred shipping is UPS. There may be situations where we ship via USPS.
UPS Delivery Times
Ground: (Standard) shipping generally takes 1 to 5 business days. (Items ship from Lexington, KY)
2 Day Air: Please be aware that orders placed on Thursday typically arrive on Monday, and orders placed on Friday typically arrive on Tuesday. This is because 2nd Day Air only counts business days, Monday through Friday.
Next Day Air: next-business-day delivery. Not including weekend delivery. Orders placed on Friday will not arrive until Monday.
**If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Refunds are only applicable to unopened PURCHASED tens units, which must be shipped back within 30 days of purchase and at your expense. Refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please email us for an RMA.
**(Refunds do not apply to tens RENTAL units or accessories)
There is 1 year manufacture guarantee on all Body Clock TENS units. One year guarantee on other products. If your unit is defective please email or contact us (859) 551-4415.
